Melissa Closser

Melissa Closser brings 20 years of marketing and technical communication experience in her non-traditional cybersecurity role as BISO User Experience (UX) Lead. She develops data-driven security stories, infographics, and learning modules to make employees strong links in security defense. She provides user behavior and trend analyses and develops ways to improve the user experience while maintaining security. She’s a Security Systems Certified Practitioner (SSCP) from ISC2 and a Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC) from The Society for Technical Communication. She is also an active member of the Women in Cybersecurity (WiCys).
