Daniel has 18 years of software industry experience, much of it in marketing communications, content creation, and social media. Currently he heads up market and product strategy for Snagit, the #1 software tool used by technical communicators. He has spoken at STC’s Summit, LavaCon, tcworld, and GALA conferences and (pre-pandemic) enjoyed visiting India and China.
