Regarding the ClickZ article; I’d like to see these costs balanced by an analysis of the benefits. For example, I’ve searched the web for hours looking for answers to a tool question; when I posted that question to Twitter, it was answered in less than 10 minutes, with direct benefits to my organization. Social Media is money saved.
