Meet the 2019 Summit Speaker Roster

Learn from and with the best at the STC Summit in Denver this May!

The 2019 STC Technical Communication Summit & Expo, 5-8 May in Denver,  has an impressive roster of speakers from such organizations as IBM, Amazon, Google, Atlassian, Cisco, Oracle, MindTouch, Salesforce, Medtronic, SAP, Virginia Tech, New Mexico State, East Carolina University, University of South Florida, Mercer University, UC Davis, Concordia University, Clemson University, and more. Opening the Summit will be Keynote Speaker and information architecture expert Peter Morville. He is one of the authors of the seminal “polar bear” book and will discuss vision, strategy, process, findability, systems thinking, and the information architecture of time. Learn more about Peter here.

The Honors Event Tuesday night will feature a speaker for the first time. “Survivor” contestant and technical communicator Gabby Pascuzzi will share how she used her tech comm skills to “maneuver the social and strategic mechanics of the game.” Learn more about Gabby here.

Closing the Summit will be a special Plenary session about “Tech Comm’s Influence and Impact” with three distinguished speakers: Karen Schriver, Ginny Redish, and Saul Carliner.
