Talking Usability: Legacy Systems and Their Impact on Users

Users generally do not care if a system is based on an old method, technology, or computer system. Users want reliable, dependable, and secure systems. Each year, STC recognizes leaders of our profession with the Associate Fellow and Fellow honors. An STC Associate Fellow is a Senior Member who has attained distinction in the field of technical communication and has been active in the field for at least 15 years.
