Timothy Esposito is a Principal Technical Writer at Oracle Corporation where he works on logistics software. An STC member since 2005, for the Philadelphia Metro Chapter Timothy has served as Scholarship Chair, Treasurer, Webmaster, and was recently elected Vice President. Additionally Tim has participated in the 2012 STC budget review committee, helped plan the STC NY-PMC-Houston regional competition, and assisted in organizing and running the PMC Mid-Atlantic Technical Communication Conference, all while managing the technology for the chapter. This year he won the Distinguished Chapter Service Award.
While specific details have not been released, members of the outreach team will liaise with chapters within a geographic region (similar to the STC regions of old). The outreach team’s job is to help communication flow from the chapters to the Board to the Office. Members of the team can provide one-on-one support, be a sounding board for ideas, or act as coach and cheerleader for community leaders and volunteers.
Rajdeep Gupta is the Managing Director of Blue Dots Consultancy Services, based out of Bangalore, India. Rajdeep, an MBA (Information Technology) has a decade of experience in technical communication, sales and business development and user experience. He has been associated with STC from 2007 and served the society and India chapter in various roles – President, Vice President, Secretary, Conference Program Manager for multiple conferences, paper proposal reviewer, Student program coordinator for the Columbus Summit and so on. He is a proud recipient of the STC DCSA award and likes to conduct quizzes and anchor events during his spare time.
