Ben Woelk is both the CAC team lead and on the STC Board of Directors. He is the architect of the Outreach Team that supports community leaders worldwide.
Reach out to Ben to be connected with the right person. Ben has connections on the STC board, on the STC staff, and on the CAC team. When you’re not sure where to turn, Ben can get you started on the right path using the wide variety of resources within STC.

Elaine Gilliam

Elaine Gilliam is our STC staff insider and brings her years of experience to help us understand all about how the STC society works.

Cindy Pao
Outreach Team Lead
Cindy Pao is the self-proclaimed “queen of reaching out and touching you” on the Outreach Team. While specific details have not been released, members of the outreach team will liaise with chapters within a geographic region (similar to the STC regions of old). The outreach team’s job is to help communication flow from the chapters to the Board to the Office. Members of the team can provide one-on-one support, be a sounding board for ideas, or act as coach and cheerleader for community leaders and volunteers.
