STC’s Community Pacesetter Award recognizes the successful implementation of innovative community initiatives. STC offers the Pacesetter Award because the Society values the improvement of community operations, especially when beneficial innovation can be shared with other communities so that they can enjoy similar benefits.
All communities may apply for the Pacesetter Award, even those that have already applied for the Community Achievement Award. Communities are invited to submit any innovative activity that was implemented within the January–December 2015 calendar year. Winners will be announced at the Honors Reception at the 2016 STC Summit in May.
