The complement to those two-and-a-half days of educational sessions are the pre-conference workshops. Pre-conference workshops are half- or full-day deep dives, taught by experts, and offered for an additional registration fee. These cutting edge and timeless topics may be just the thing to catch the eye of your boss and create the business case for you to attend the full Summit. In every case, STC’s pre-conference workshops get you involved in your learning with instructor and class interaction and hands-on practice.
The pre-conference workshop lineup this year is impressive, with talented instructors who will inspire and energize you. You have EIGHT opportunities to deepen your knowledge on topics ranging from landing your first technical writing job to preparing for exams that will make you a Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC).
