Charles Cooper is VP of The Rockley Group, Inc.  Our mission at TRG is “To provide innovative yet practical content strategies” for our clients. We work with Fortune 1000 companies in the United States, Canada, and Europe in the High Technology, Financial and Life Sciences industries. We help our clients to create a unified content strategy. A unified content strategy is a repeatable method of identifying all content requirements up front, creating consistently structured content for reuse, managing that content in a definitive source, and assembling content on demand to meet customer and author needs.

Charles’ initial background in computer manufacturing, process control and software quality assurance enables him to bring a unique and broad set of experiences to bear on our clients workflow, business  process control, taxonomy and change management challenges.

He is co-author of six books including Intelligent Content: A Primer, The Language of Technical Communication and the seminal Managing Enterprise Content: A Unified Content Strategy, now in its second edition.
