Dr. Elizabeth Bailey

Dr. Beth Bailey teaches at Texas A&M University for the College of Innovation and Design in their organizational leadership program. Prior to teaching at TAMIC, Beth was a training and development professional leading training organizations with experience aligning process improvement, training, and other interventions with organizational and department business goals. She has successfully identified factors causing performance barriers and defined and implemented strategies to remove those barriers within a number of different industries including information services, healthcare, government, software development, deregulated utility, oil and gas, and financial services. She has a Ph.D. in Training and Performance Improvement and a MS in Instructional and Performance Technology, and a BS in Management.
