Jackie Damrau

Dr. Jackie Damrau is an STC Fellow and the recipient of the 2023 STC Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence. She has served as Book Review Editor of the Technical Communication journal for more than 10 years.

Jackie works at Cathedral Plumbing LLC as a Program Manager/Product Owner on projects related to a new home construction application suite centered on the plumbing industry. She is currently the product owner of new modules being developed as well as providing support to the Communications team on providing patents/trademarks, preparing for SOC 1 certification, and writing/editing policies and procedures.
