Johanne Lavallée spoke at Lavacon 2015 about a Word reuse case, and has been speaking about Word and mind-mapping at Spectrum 2016-2018. She has been a lone writer most of her 21-year career in small-medium enterprises, using most of the tools available in this trade for all genres, in 2 languages. She also designs the visual communication in documents as well as safety stickers. STC Rochester Vice-president and co-chair for Spectrum 2018, she is also speaking at Lavacon this year.
