Shaun McCance


Shaun McCance has been an open source documentation leader since 2003, when he took over as team lead for the GNOME documentation team. He’s written documentation for various open source projects and developed tools to help volunteer teams create and maintain good documentation. Shaun is the chief architect of the dynamic help format Mallard and the organizer of the Open Help Conference & Sprints. He served on the W3C working group for version 2.0 of the Internationalization Tag Set. Shaun works for Red Hat, where he helps build documentation communities for upstream open source projects.
