Casey has more than 10 years of experience implementing content management, authoring, and publishing solutions which help organizations leverage the benefits of structured content. He holds a BSc. Physics degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Casey is also the co-author of the ISO CCMS standard (26531 – Systems and software engineering — Content management for product life-cycle, user and service management documentation).
