Rahel Anne Bailie blends techniques from multiple disciplines into content strategies with business impact. As Chief Knowledge Officer for Scroll (UK), she runs the content strategy practice, consulting for a wide range of clients who want to leverage their content as business assets. She also teaches in the Content Strategy Master’s Program at FH-Joanneum, runs the Content, Seriously meetup, and is working on her third book on writing structured content. She is a Fellow of the Society for Technical Communication, a certified UX practitioner, co-author of Content Strategy: Connecting the dots between business, brand, and benefits, and co-editor of The Language of Content Strategy.
