Rahel Anne Bailie is the founder of Content, Seriously, a London, UK based consultancy. She is well-known in the content industry, with books, awards, and accolades to her name. More importantly, she is passionate about content and has spent over two decades helping companies make sense of their content operations, taking on increasingly-complex problem in the areas of content strategy, content operations, knowledge management, technical content, and related areas where she has been asked to look at content, very seriously. Rahel was elected Fellow of the Society for Technical Communication, received an Honourary Fellowship of the International Society for Technical Communication, and teaches four courses in FH-Joanneum’s Content Strategy Master’s Degree program in Graz, Austria. When not consumed by her work, she can be found sampling a new gin while playing Scrabble. And possibly dancing.
