Organizations like Microsoft and IDC Technologies are already reaching users by offering free and paid tech manuals as ebooks on topics from setting up SharePoint servers to practicing safe lifting and maintenance. Tech experts are selling ebooks on HTML 5 programming and Managing Change in Organizations.

This webinar will introduce how organizations are using digital tech manuals and offer an overview tutorial for creating electronic tech documents. We will look at tools, single-sourcing options, file formats, and distribution options.

After attending this webinar, participants will understand how ebooks are used in the tech environment, what tools are available for creating ebooks, and the general process for moving from content to publication. The presenter will provide an online list of resources discussed during the webinar.
