Assuming you have selected your video or animation environment (hardware, software, writers, videographers, and production site), you will learn the steps involved in developing and then creating the video/animation projects.
The audience will learn the workflow of how to integrated video and animation into technical publications and corporate websites as well as see the steps beyond a technical documentation project that are used to integrate animation into a traditional online documentation project. The seminar will proceed with the process involved with developing the video and animation, including finding the right source content to use, producing and editing the storyboards, specifying prototype illustrations with movement and flow, adding voice overs and captions, and publishing the final video and animation on the right sites for your requirements.
Attendees will learn the answers these questions:
- How do you define the scope of the project?
- How do you determine relevant content for the video/animation?
- What is a storyboard and how do you develop it?
- How is the media produced?
- Do you need to add voice and captions?
- How does reviewing media differ from reviewing more traditional technical publications?
- What are the preferred sites to publish the video/animation?
